How to Prioritize Self-Care

About three years ago, I was in a job that became so stressful, that over a period of about 9 weeks I lost 20 lbs. without trying.

It scared the shit out of me.

I was also crying on my way to work, and dreaded being in the building.

When I went to the doctor about these issues, he told me that all of these things were stress related, and proceeded to ‘prescribe’ a battery of tests to find out if my physical reaction to the stress might be caused by something else.
